Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled nor any changes can be made to the outfit.
Bindani by Jigar & Nikita does not accept order modification, once the order is placed. This is done to avoid any delays and offer a seamless experience to our clients.
In case of special circumstances where the outfit is to be canceled within 24 hours after placing the order, 35% cancellation charges of the MRP are applicable.
Amount will be refunded to the customer in the same mode as payment was received post deduction of cancellation charges provided the payment received sum is higher than the cancellation charges.
Post 24 hours of placing the order 100% cancellation charges of the MRP shall apply.
Delivery charges are not included, there are separate charges for domestic & international couriers.
Company shall not be liable for delays due to festivals, natural calamities, courier service, etc.
Order once completed shall be collected by clients within 30 days of intimation, Company shall not be responsible for any wear & tear of the outfit in case the outfit is not picked from the store.
